About

Mylo Kaye

I work across Dynamics 365 CRM, Customer Insights - Journeys, and Power Platform, building practical tools that make customer-experience implementation easier to test, understand, and repeat.

What I work on

My focus is the point where platform configuration meets the real browser experience: embedded Customer Insights forms, generated markup, validation, consent, campaign assets, email workflows, and the small operational tasks that become expensive when they are repeated manually.

The projects on this site are public working tools and references. Each one describes its current status and limitations, because an experimental prototype should not be presented as production-ready and a passing source check should not be treated as proof that a published Dynamics experience works.

How I approach the work

Current areas of focus

Customer Insights - Journeys

Form embedding, Designer-managed HTML, lookup fields, published-width behaviour, validation, consent, cache bypass, and submission feedback.

Power Platform and CRM

Dataverse-centred workflows across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages.

Campaign operations

Email validation, campaign URLs and names, Dynamics FetchXML, campaign assets, proposal simulations, and repeatable browser utilities.

Frontend quality

Semantic HTML, accessibility, privacy-aware analytics, responsive interfaces, browser regression checks, and maintainable static delivery.

Selected projects

One person, two focused portfolios

This site is deliberately focused on Dynamics 365 and browser tooling. My separate photography and filmmaking portfolio covers creative work. The two sites represent different areas of the same professional identity rather than duplicate versions of one website.
